| Sometimes you just have to see something to believe it. People have trouble believing that a company can sell a charcoal cooker that costs over $1000, yet have it fall to pieces before their very eyes. People find it hard to believe that a company can charge over $1000 for a charcoal cooker and not honor the lifetime warrantee. Some people can't believe a company can take over $1000 of your money and then ignore you and even delete your messages from their company online forum when you try to get help with your piece of sh*t cooker.
